We do not hold, store, or control any transaction amounts. All payments are transferred directly to the merchant’s designated account without passing through or being retained by FlexPayBD.

2. No Payment Holding Policy

FlexPayBD does not act as a wallet or bank.

All transactions are processed directly between the customer and the merchant’s own payment account.

FlexPayBD does not receive, store, or delay any payments.

The merchant is solely responsible for managing and verifying received payments.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

Ensure accurate setup of your payment accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.).

Provide correct payment instructions to your customers.

Verify payments received directly in your account before delivering products or services.

Maintain compliance with all local laws and regulations related to your business activities.

4. Fees and Charges

FlexPayBD charges integration or subscription fees for providing payment gateway services. These fees are separate from any charges applied by the payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.).

5. Prohibited Activities

Merchants may not use FlexPayBD for:

Fraudulent or illegal activities.

Money laundering or funding prohibited organizations.

Selling prohibited goods or services as defined by Bangladesh laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Since FlexPayBD does not handle or store customer payments, we are not liable for:

Any disputes between merchants and their customers.

Any delays or issues in payment processing caused by the payment providers.

Any loss of funds due to incorrect account details provided by the merchant.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
